The NuMicro® MS51FB9AE is embedded with a 1T 8051-based CMOS microcontroller that runs up to 24 MHz, has 16 K bytes of flash, 1 K bytes of SRAM, and 4 K bytes of loader ROM for the ISP, and is additionally equipped with rich peripherals. The TSSOP20 package has 2 sets of UART, 1 set of I²C, 1 set of SPI, 18 GPIO, 8 channels of 12-bit ADC, Watchdog Timer, Window Watchdog Timer, and 6*16-bit PWM channels.
The MS51FB9AE Nuvoton MCU embedded flash type is an 8-bit high performance 1T 8051-based microcontroller. The instruction set is entirely compatible with the conventional 80C51 and performs better. The MS51FB9AE has a main Flash chip called APROM, which stores the contents of the User Code. The MS51 Flash supports the In-Application Programming (IAP) capability.
